Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of lonosecurity.com and any service you engage Error Code 31 LLC, doing business as Lono Security ("I," "me," or "my"), to perform.

Quotes and agreements. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, and no prices are published here. Every engagement begins with a free consultation and is then described in a written quote or statement of work. That document, together with these terms, is the agreement between us, and work does not begin until you accept it in writing.

What you are buying. I provide security services performed with reasonable skill and care by an experienced practitioner. I do not warrant or guarantee any particular security outcome, that a system will never be breached, that a test will find every weakness, or that a recovery attempt on a third-party platform will succeed. Security work reduces risk. It does not remove it.

Authorization for testing. Before any penetration test, phishing simulation, or other active assessment, you must give me written authorization to test the systems in question. You confirm that you own them or have the owner's permission to authorize the work. Without that authority I will stop, and the engagement ends.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability related to an engagement is limited to the amount you paid me for it. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if I was told such damages were possible. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
